Gateway Visas & Docs is a South African-based document and visa assistance service. We assist individuals and organisations with the preparation, verification, and submission of documentation related to visas, permits, criminal record expungements, medical checkups, and government-issued documents. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are administrative in nature.

Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Visa and permit application assistance
• Criminal record expungement facilitation
• Medical and radiological checkup referrals
• Police clearance certificate assistance
• Certified copy and document verification services
• Government document procurement

The specific scope of services for each client is confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide to us are accurate, complete, and authentic. Gateway Visas & Docs will not be held liable for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation submitted by the client.

Fees and Payment

Service fees are communicated to clients prior to engagement. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gateway Visas & Docs reserves the right to withhold completed work until outstanding payments are settled.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we make every effort to facilitate successful applications, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any submission to a government department, embassy, or third-party institution. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gateway Visas & Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including delays caused by third-party institutions or government bodies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Gateway Visas & Docs. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
